Call Name Oakley

Achievements:  Oakley was born in the bathroom of one of the Group Homes that Amy’s company runs (ask her the story!) and thus Oakley is named after “Oaks” and his AKC reflects his bathroom roots! Oakley was purchased as a companion by Jane as a baby puppy. Jane had never participated in dog events and didn’t venture far form home.  She joined a kennel club and became active doing various dog activities. Before she knew it, Jane was doing FAST CAT, lure coursing, agility, dock diving, barn hunt and the list goes on!  She partnered with her friend to give Oakley a try in the Breed ring where he has done very well–first in UKC events and now in AKC events taking multiple very nice Breed wins.  We couldn’t be more proud of Oakley–though equally as proud of Jane for venturing out to the whole wide world of dog events–and that has included her learning to drive roundabouts in order to do all of this! Oakley has had an exciting 2021 and 2022 as Oakley is amassing many Best of Breed wins with a number of Group placements to boot!
